Brethren of South East Asia, I greet you well and congratulate you on your conversion from an Inspectorate to a Provincial Grand Lodge.  Your dedication, commitment and vision, ably led by your Provincial Grand Master Designate, R.W. Bro. Lau Kee Siong, has raised you to a new horizon where, I am confident, you will build a worthy structure. I welcome your conversion and look forward with much anticipation to the successful outcome of your decision. I would thank R.W. Bro. Harindran for conducting the Constituting Ceremony and Installation of the P.G. Master in my absence.

R.W. Bro. Kee Siong has served Grand Lodge well over the past six years as Grand Inspector and I am confident that he and his Brethren will continue to expand Irish Freemasonry and Freemasonry in general, in this part of the world. The growth in South East Asia has been outstanding and for that I thank you all.

The formation of the Provincial Grand Lodge of South East Asia is well merited, as has the promotion of R.W. Bro. Kee Siong been well justified. I wish you all every success and look forward to many glowing reports of your deeds in years to come and thank you for your support.

    Best wishes & kind regards,
